Welcome To AudaciT Wellness Firm

You have spent years putting everyone else first, and somewhere along the way you lost track of what you want.

AudaciT Wellness Firm was built on a simple belief: meaningful change begins with the courage to take the next step.

AudaciT embodies the courage to choose yourself, embrace change, and move toward what comes next. The capital T represents Transformation-the heart of who we are and the work we do.

We are a therapy-centered wellness firm founded by Tanya L. Edwards, LCSW, LICSW, an EMDR therapist with decades of experience. We specialize in supporting women through trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions, with particular care for women 50+ who are starting over. We also bring workshops and corporate training to groups and workplaces.

Sometimes, taking that next step is where transformation begins.

Transformation Looks Different for Everyone

Change doesn’t follow one path. For some, it means healing from the past. For others, it’s navigating a life transition, strengthening a relationship, building confidence, or discovering what’s next.

For organizations, change may mean developing stronger teams, supporting employee well-being, improving communication, or creating a healthier workplace culture.

Wherever you are in the process, you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin.

Start where you are. Take the next step.
