Tanya Edwards, LCSW, LICSW<\/h3>\r\n\t
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with decades of experience supporting individuals and couples through trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and major life transitions.\n\nI earned my Bachelor of Social Work Degree from Morgan State University and my Master of Social Work Degree from Howard University. My clinical training includes EMDR, CPT, CBT, and IBCT.\n\n

As Founder & CEO of AudaciT Wellness Firm, I bring together clinical expertise, emotional wellness, and a passion for helping people and organizations create lasting transformation. In addition to psychotherapy, my work includes workshops, professional training, and consulting designed to support healthier individuals, relationships, and workplaces.\n\n

Psychotherapy services are provided via telehealth to clients located in Washington, D.C. and Virginia.\n\n

On a personal note, when I'm not working, you can usually find me curled up with a good book, listening to music, enjoying time as YaYa with my grandson or planning my next trip. <\/div>\r\n\t \t <\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, I bring extensive experience in workforce wellness, professional development and organizational culture. I have worked with government professionals and human services organizations to create healthier, more engaged and high performing workplaces. I have developed and implemented agency-wide initiatives focused on employee well-being, engagement, preventive health and supportive workplace practices. \n\n

I currently serve within CFSA's Development and Equity Administration and Child Welfare Training academy, where I combine my social work expertise with training, coaching, workforce development, equity, and organizational culture.
