Founder of AudaciT
I believe choosing yourself is one of the most courageous decisions a woman can make—especially after years of pouring into everyone else. AudaciT was created from that belief.
After more than 30 years in the field of social work and mental health, I’ve witnessed how trauma, life transitions, and unspoken expectations can silence women’s voices and disconnect them from who they truly are.
My work is rooted in helping women—especially those over 50, find her voice, access her courage to choose herself and move towards her transformation.
